SHIPPING POLICY
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible after you place your order, usually within 3 working days. We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout.
Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours. Orders are typically delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and are subject to the terms and conditions of these third parties.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your order constitutes your offer to us to buy the goods that you select when placing your order on the site. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order, followed by confirmation that we can and will fulfill the order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation of your order. The acknowledgment email does not constitute acceptance of your order by us.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All return postage/delivery must be paid for by you the customer.
